Robust Web Services, Inc., doing business as RobustIDSM , is a proud American company, formed in Q3 2002 by its President, George Loudon.

RobustIDSM uses products made in the USA, wherever and whenever possible, in the delivery of its services in order to support local and nationally based US companies, their employees and individuals. In addition, the company strives to reduce its carbon footprint by using 100% recycled materials where possible and by recycling its waste to the greatest extent possible.

RobustID Management

George Loudon PMP - President George is a certified Project Management Professional. He is a proud naturalized American with 25+ years' consulting experience in diverse industries, including health insurance, healthcare, general insurance, mining, transportation and aviation. In South Africa, during the mid-to-late 1970's, George trained with Atlas Aircraft Corporation (military aviation) and qualified, with distinction, on military aircraft instrumentation and flight control systems.  During the early 1980's, he was licensed by the South African Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) on civil aviation flight control systems.  In addition, George acquired a private pilot's license, with a night-flight and advanced navigation rating, as well as an aerobatics rating - all achieved through the South African Air force, civilian flight wing.

Louise Loudon - Administrative Director With her natural 'people' and communication skills, a qualification in Public Relations and extensive (30+ years) human resource experience at all levels of business, Louise's knowledge and experience is embedded within RobustIDSM's successful approach to project management processes and HR roles & responsibilities.
